ThermoFlex Plus is a durable polyurethane based material that is highly flexible. -Soft feel and strong grip. -May be applied in layers for multi-colored designs, with the exception of the Neon colors, Antique Silver, Old Gold, Metal Flake colors and Columbia Blue. -This Product will NOT adhere to nylon. -Be advised that dye migration has occurred with low energy dyes in polyester and poly-blend fabrics. DIRECTIONS Cutting -Use a 45° blade. Cut the design in reverse. Pressing -Set the heat press to 330°–335° F. Use medium to firm, even pressure. Press for 17–20 seconds. Peeling -Peel warm, except for Neons, Frosty Clear, and Columbia Blue, which should be peeled cold. Washing -Wash in warm to hot water and tumble dry on high heat. ThermoFlex Plus is suitable for dry cleaning. Layering -To create a layered design, press each layer for a shorter amount of time, with the final layer pressed for the full time. Adhesion -If the design doesn't adhere to the fabric, reposition it and increase the pressure. You can also try applying rubbing alcohol to the design area with a damp cloth to improve adhesion. Materials ThermoFlex Plus can be applied to cotton, polyester, blends, Spandex, Lycra, wool, and linen. It won't adhere to nylon. Durability -If applied correctly, ThermoFlex Plus can last the life of the garment.
